Governance Framework

How KN University is Governed

KN University was established in 2023 under the Gujarat Private Universities Act as an autonomous, self-governing institution. Its authority flows through a clear structure of statutory bodies — each with defined powers and published compositions — supported by a team of university officers who run the institution day to day.

This framework keeps decision-making transparent and accountable, from academic standards and examinations to finance, administration and student welfare.
