Purpose

The purpose of this committee is to ensure timely redressal of the student's grievance and complaints with regard to any matter connected therewith or incident thereto.

How to Raise a Grievance

The committee acknowledges and records every grievance it receives.

The SGRC reviews the matter fairly and confidentially, hearing all sides involved.

A timely resolution is shared; unresolved matters can be escalated to the Ombudsperson.
